COOLAH CREEK
Coolah Creek sits at the headwaters of the Coolaburragundy River, nestled into the valley to the north east of Coolah, in the Central West of NSW. It is primarily a working sheep and cattle property, which has been in the Arnott family for over 90 years. Will and Jillie Arnott moved back to Coolah Creek with their family in 2013, to take on the running of the property.
Coolah Tops National Park borders the property to the east. Here you will find an array of adventurous walking trails, waterfalls, campsites and incredible views over the food bowl that is the Liverpool Plains.
JILLIE ARNOTT
Jillie has been involved in the food industry for over 25 years. It all started in Scone NSW when she was ‘the cook’ at The Belltrees Country House in the 90’s. She then began her own catering business under the name of Turanville Kitchens, which morphed into The Cooking Tree in the early 2000’s.

She has traversed NSW catering for weddings, special events and attended farmers markets with her selection of homemade, small batch, hand stirred preserves and other tasty treats. Jillie loves nothing more than preparing delicious food and sharing a table with friends and guests who are always welcome at Coolah Creek.
The House and Garden
After moving to Coolah Creek to live in 2013 and inheriting a garden that had been tended by three generations of the Arnott family before, Will and Jillie decided they needed to share this unique space. Whilst the property operates, as it has for generations, grazing beef cattle and sheep, the need for it to be sustainable was very important to Will and Jillie.
