WELLNESS RETREAT

with
MONICA MOORE

2024 Dates: Sunday 19th May

Having a nourished life is not rocket science, but sometimes in the business of the everyday, it can feel like it. What Mon's Moore Nourished Life workshop offers is an opportunity to reset. Gather with like-minded humans share knowledge, learn and connect - providing a space for solutions based progress. The day (and if you can squeeze in an overnight stay) will feature bush walks, meditation, restorative yoga, breath work sessions, lessons with Mon and nourishing meals.

A note from Mon: My focus is on the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of women in midlife. How do we manage ourselves moving into midlife and beyond? I help you build the scaffolding and find practical tools that are relevant for you. Leave with actionable strategies so you are empowered and confident to look after the whole of you.
